Tax Withholding Estimator
To figure out how much to put on your W-4 form for federal taxes you need to withhold from your paycheck, use your best estimates for the upcoming year to determine how much you’re going to pay.
Where’s My Refund
Most refunds from the IRS get sent out within seven to fourteen business days after they’re electronically filed. You can check the status of your refund by tracking it online.
Get Tax Transcript
You may use the Get Transcript service if you’re an individual taxpayer who wants to download your transcript yourself. However, it is strictly prohibited to have someone else use the Get Transcript service for you
Obtain An Identity Protection PIN
A Personal Identification Code (PIC) is a unique code used by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The PIC can help protect your personal information against unauthorized access, such as when you file taxes electronically. You receive a PIC after submitting your application for an Electronic Filing Identification Card (EFINC), which allows you to submit your income tax returns online. Your EFINC also contains your Social Security card numbers, so if you lose your card, you’ll no longer be able to file your taxes.
Online Payment Agreement with the IRS
Depending on your specific financial circumstances, there may be different ways for you to pay off your debt. Some people prefer making payments through an installment agreement where they pay their creditors each month. Others choose to pay off their debts entirely within a certain period of time.
If you meet these requirements, you might be able to apply online.
If you owe $50,000 in taxes, interest, and/or fees, you qualify for an installment loan.
If you’re paying off your debt faster than normal, you may be eligible for a short-term payment plan.
If you’re self-employed or an independent contractor, apply for credit as an individual.
